At Blooming Intention, we currently ship within the U.S. and offer two types of products: handmade cross stitch kits and notebooks (fulfilled by our print partner). Please read below for details on shipping timelines and rates.
🌸 Handmade Cross Stitch Kits (U.S. Only)
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
FREE shipping on orders $50 or more.
🖊️ Notebooks (U.S. Only)
Shipping Method: Standard shipping via our trusted print partner
Processing Time: Typically ships within 2–4 business days
Free Shipping: All notebook orders ship free within the U.S.
Note: These items ship separately from our handmade kits
Each notebook features an original pattern designed by us and is printed on demand to reduce waste and support more sustainable production.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our cross stitch kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used kits. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right!
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing any items, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that slight color variations are not considered defects. We do our best to capture our designs accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Each kit is designed with care, and we appreciate your understanding of these natural variations.
