Where We Ship

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future!

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our cross stitch kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used kits. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right!

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing any items, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that slight color variations are not considered defects. We do our best to capture our designs accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Each kit is designed with care, and we appreciate your understanding of these natural variations.
