About our kits

What’s included in each kit?

Each Blooming Intention cross stitch kit includes everything you need to complete your project:

  • A full color printed pattern
  • Pre-cut embroidery floss in all required colors
  • 14 count Aida fabric
  • A tapestry needle
  • Embroidery hoop
  • Felt for backing
  • Easy-to-follow instructions

Are the patterns beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our kits are designed for stitchers of all levels. Each pattern comes with clear instructions, making it easy for beginners to follow along. If you ever need extra guidance, feel free to reach out!

What if I lose the pattern from my kit?

No worries! If you’ve lost your pattern, email us with proof of purchase or your order number, and we’ll send you a replacement PDF version so you can continue stitching.

Will I have enough thread to finish my project?

Yes! We carefully calculate the amount of thread and fabric in each kit, providing extra to ensure you have enough to complete your project comfortably.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to more locations in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Returns & Order Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our cross stitch kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened kits. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing any items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right!

What if the colors look different in person?

Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings. We carefully select and document our colors to ensure accuracy, but minor variations are natural.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Digital PDF patterns are coming soon!

Can I sell finished pieces made from your patterns?

Our patterns are for personal use only. Feel free to stitch them for yourself or as gifts, but commercial resale of finished pieces is not permitted.

Do you offer custom patterns?

At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we’re always open to suggestions for future kits!
