We want you to love your Blooming Intention cross stitch experience! While all sales are final, we’re happy to help if there’s an issue with your order. Please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our cross stitch kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, we will gladly make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A clear photo of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and send a replacement if necessary. Please note that color variations are not considered defects, as colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
Lost or Missing Patterns
If you lose your printed pattern, email us with proof of purchase, and we’ll send you a PDF replacement so you can continue stitching.
